I would love to give zero stars, but that's not an option here. We visited on Sunday, 7/19/26 around 10:30 am. Upon entering, one nice gentleman approached and offered assistance, he mentioned it was his first time working at the store and he usually works at the El Dorado location (where we normally visit and have a great experience). We were enjoying our time in the store for the most part, selecting treats and letting our dogs choose what they wanted. We had a friendly conversation with a man and his large white 80 lb puppy, who he seemed like he had his hands quite full with. As he checked out and was leaving, he came back in to ask for a training lead, his dog was on a harness and he seemed like he had very little control. I have a 140 lb Mastiff and recalled my early years with her and suggested a prong pressure collar as it was our saving grace with her. Immediately, the manager Kimberly, an older rusty blonde with poor prison tattoos, interjected from across the store where she was training her new hire. "We don't need your suggestions, we are good". Taken aback, my husband and I looked at each other. We were in line to check out and were going to continue with our purc

Can’t be any more grateful for this place and people that work there. We were saying goodbye to our daughter’s puppy who was at the ER vet next door. She wanted to go in and let him sniff around as we were spending last moments with him. They saw what was going on and gave him ice cream and a treat free of charge even though we offered to pay. When humanity meets you at the hardest moment it comforts you and I can’t say enough thank yous to the team at Hollywood feed.

I had such a great experience at Hollywood Feed yesterday! I purchased cat food, dry food, and several snacks, and everything was excellent. Eve was absolutely wonderful — very kind, friendly, and welcoming. She was talkative in the best way, happy to help, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Such a lovely lady, she truly made the experience enjoyable. My cats loved the food, which makes me even happier with my purchase! I’m very satisfied and will definitely be coming back again (and not just once). Highly recommend!

Due to complexities of a fast move across country, Oliver had not had a haircut in almost 6 months. Everyone who recommended Mika and Hollywood Feed spoke of their professionalism and strict but fair policies. Everyone involved was awesome-from the cashier who took time to give him a treat and play with him to the groomer, who played with him for some time to help him relax since he was in a new environment. We knew he would require a “shave down” since his fur was so long. They paid attention when we requested his facial hair and tail be left longer. They did a great job, Oliver is like a puppy again without all the extra fur. They have fair prices, great work practices, and we are so pleased to have found a dependable, professional grooming home for Oliver!
